Friday the 31th (sic), 2008 saw all manner of creatures descend on the Park pub in Elder Road, West Norwood, London. This should give you a little taster of what transpired . . .

It's not often you find a dunnie in your favourite pub but there was one housed in The Park during a week of celebrations for Australia Day. With a number of guest beers from the other side of the world and a specially themed quiz it was good to see everyone getting into the spirit with Scott. If you missed out, have a look in the garden next time you visit, and there you will find the dunny, ready for a second appearance next year!! Do bear in mind its for decorative purposes only!
With a mini-quiz, fancy dress and a complete spooky make-over for The Park, it was a late night for some and a great night was had by all. Photos are available on the gallery pages.
A good crowd gathered to see in the New Year for 2009 - with a DJ, Vodka Jellies and the traditional countdown (with the leap-second of course). Check out the gallery photos of the night.
